This project is located within the existing Burjuman shopping center. The work involves the infilling of current feature Atrium void area at two levels to provide improved public access to the newly refurbished Burjuman section of the mall. Along with the void infill, the realignment of Tenant lease lines will take place to make more efficient use of the revised space.

The project will be carried out in 2 overlapping phases with phase 1 consisting of demolishing existing feature stairs followed by new Structural Steel framing with 2 hour fire protection, Metal Deck with Concrete and all associated Architectural and MEP alterations to achieve the infill of the existing void areas.

Phase 2 will consist of the realignment of existing Tenant demise lines and will include the demolition of existing shop fronts and retail division walls, new dividing walls to the retail spaces, all associated MEP alterations and landlord architectural finishes.
