Construction of a New Build Residential and Commercial Building (B+G+4) with approximate GFA 34,250 m² (368,650 ft²) consisting of a 7,500m² Basement Car Park, 1,250m² Ground Floor Shell and Core Retail, 25,500m² Residential upper fl oors (108 Number mixed 1 & 2 bed apartments).

The construction is traditional concrete basement raft slab and outer walls, concrete frame and Post Tensioned upper slabs with internal and external blockwork walls.

The envelope is fi nished with an aluminium and glass curtain walling and laminum tile façade.

Scope also includes all internal high quality fi nishes, Building (MEP) services, swimming pool and associated landscaping.
