Project Description
The fit-out works for ground floor office for TECOM is located in Dubai Knowledge Village.
The project consisted demolition of existing offices and fit out to create a new service counter, waiting area for 60 persons, meeting rooms, manager’s offices and washrooms. The fit-out included MEP works, joinery works, flooring, ceiling and wall finishes. All the renovation were to be phased to allow the employees to work in the office during the renovation.
