The project involved partial demolition and structural strengthening of the existing building, erection of a 250-tonne structural steel frame, standing seam roof cladding, and extensive external GRC decorative cladding. Internally, it features a lift, specialist sports flooring, and full sports equipment installation. Every element has been executed with exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
