ATS successfully completed the Caterpillar Regional Training Centre, a purpose-built G+1 facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai. Delivered over a seven-month programme, the project included full civil construction, reinforced concrete and structural steel works, complete interior fit-out, MEP services, external hard and soft landscaping, and a new substation. The finished facility comprises offices, training rooms, laboratories, and heavy plant and equipment workshops, providing a modern regional training hub for Caterpillar.
