Project Description
Dubai English Speaking College (built in 2007), awarded Al Tayer Stocks the contract to build a new G+2 Classroom Extension block adjacent to the existing Sports Hall and Swimming Pool. This new facility provides 8 New Classrooms with new Male, Female and Teacher Changing and Washroom facilities together with Staff, Medical and PE Rooms.
Substructure was of typical Raft Foundation and the Superstructure is Lightweight gauged steel frame with METSEC steel infill façade clad with Magnesium board finished with EIFS painted Render system.
Internal finishes are Metal Stud partitioning, ceramic tile floors, painted walls and suspended ceilings. New Building Services (MEP) provided throughout and connected into the schools existing system.
