Project Description
Construction of a new build sports hall above the existing car park building. The sports hall is 2,700m² and is located within the grounds of the existing JESS Arabian Ranches School, Dubai. The works consisted of partial demolition and structural strengthening of existing structure Erection of 250 tonnes of structural steel frame with a standing seam roof cladding, and 2,800m² external GRC decorative cladding. Internally there's a lift, internal sports flooring, and specialist sports equipment.
