Project Description
Design and build project for the construction of a new Pump Station and MEP services Building including upgrade of the existing irrigation system and infrastructure at the Montgomerie golf course located within the vicinity of Emirates Hills.
This involved the replacement of both the existing pump station and the underground main line of irrigation pipework.
Al Tayer Stocks also undertook the construction of new Block paved cart paths across all 18 holes for total length of 4500m.
All works were carried out in live environment during the normal opening hours of the golf course.
