The project involved complete demolition of existing ceiling, floor, wall finishes, joinery, glazing, and MEP services, followed by installation of new gypsum walls, glazed partitions, bespoke joinery, premium SAS and timber ceilings, final finishes, and full MEP works including HVAC, fire alarm, and firefighting systems, with coordination for client-supplied FF&E.
