ATS successfully delivered a new multi-level Sports Hall and Drama Theatre for Dubai College, replacing the existing structures with a modern facility comprising basement, ground, mezzanine, and roof levels. The project involved complete demolition, reinforced concrete and structural steel construction, creating premium sports and performing arts spaces that enhance student life and the campus experience.
