The project involved the complete strip-out and demolition of existing finishes and MEP services, along with structural modifications across three storeys to create a modern Sixth Form facility featuring 28 new classrooms. The scope also included façade refurbishment and external hard landscaping works. The Dubai English Speaking College (DESC) campus was expanded through the transformation of the adjacent Dheli Private School building.
