This Design & Build project involved the delivery of three office floors within Index Tower, DIFC, transforming shell-and-core space into a premium workplace for Emirates REIT. The fit-out included dedicated manager offices, meeting rooms, reception, print/storage areas, pantries, and high-quality finishes including gypsum and stretched ceilings, timber wall panelling, joinery, marble, and vinyl flooring. The project was completed in line with the existing office specification and marked ATS’s third successful project for Emirates REIT.
