ATS has successfully completed fit-out project of this 3 star Michelin restaurant Frantzen and Studio Frantzen which is a take on French / Asian Gastronomy infused with Nordic influence, designed to be served in a moder Scandinavian setting of effortless luxury extending their locations from Stockholm and London.

This project is spanned over two levels with two experience centres comprising of Bars, 3 different dining areas, Open dining with Wine tasting room along with lounges and outdoor terrace. The new level 1 is to be built on the existing Roof with a lift including new structural works and roof sheeting and finishes works within

The scope of work includes:-

Structural works – Slab openings, Slab strengthening, Roof structure and lift coordination.
Block works, Gypsum walls, Acoustic and timber ceilings
Wine room with Glazed partitions, Terrazo flooring and marble flooring
Joinery works, Metal works, Render finishes, Tile finishes
BOH Areas – Kitchen, Storages, IDF room, Electrical room, MEP kits to plant room
Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing installations, Gas works, Light fittings
Creative Decorative works 3d brick wall, Acrylic panels, Decorative paints, Ribbon ceiling, Rippled wall panels
