Project Description

The project is Phase II of Mediclinic’ s Khalifa Street Hospital in Abu Dhabi for the refurbishing of the Ground and upper ground floors and construction of new medical gas and pneumatic tube system plant rooms in the basement.

Project Data

The scope of works include

demolition of the existing site
construction and fit out of the new pharmacy of ground floor with new Upper Ground plant rooms.
On completion of the Pharmacy the old pharmacy is relocated and then striped out making way for the construction of the new A&E facility
The existing UGF structure is strengthened and new plant rooms built with all equipment suspended from the slab New MEP services,
floor screed into receive finishes
gypsum partitions
MEP complete plant
equipment installation and commissioning specialized hospital systems of medical gas, pneumatic, nurse call system etc IT and security system
