Project Description
ATS has successfully completed the fit out of 7 floors of office and executive space (175,000 sqft) within Building 5, Emaar Square for one of prestigious clients.
This project was beautifully designed by @saystudio and @ochre and included –
• A wellness suite
• Cafeteria
• Experience Centre
• Theatre
Each floor displays a different concept based on all the continents of the world.
We are particularly proud of this project given that it was successfully delivered during a difficult time period, due to COVID-19, however we are proud to note that there was only a 1-month delay and zero positive cases on site.
We implemented a stringent and cohesive action plan to ensure the project had limited disruptions.
