Project Description
The fit-out works for an International Software Company, located in the new Butterfly Building in Dubai Media City. One floor is mixed-use with half a floor used as kitchen, café and dining area and the other half used for office space and meeting rooms. The other floor has a variety of meetings rooms, board rooms, prayer rooms, and an experience center. The rest of the floors were utilized as general office space.
The project consists of gypsum and glazed partitions, acoustic ceilings, movable partitions, joinery, floor finishes, MEP installations, data, AV, Security installations, IT, Kitchen, and experience center.
