Project Description
Shell has appointed ATS under a D&B contract to execute the 1st phase of their new offices within One Central that will be LEED GOLD. ATS will be executing the design and the MEP installations in-house.
The project is located on the 3rd Floor and comprises client reception, meeting rooms, open workspaces, cafeteria, and a server room.
