Project Description
The fit-out works for Siemens HQ, Masdar City. The project is situated within the LEED Platinum rated 'Siemens’ building in Masdar City which required ATS to construct office in line with the LEED and Estidama procedures for sustainability.
ATS was also appointed to extend the existing office under a Design and Build Contract. The project consisted of additional office space, an executive dining area, prayer and ablution facilities.
The scope included design, partitions, ceilings, floors, joinery finishes and full MEP design and installation.
