Project Description

Project split into two phases, which includes Phase-1 with fitout works for Main Foyer, Main Kitchen, Concession, Electrical room, Office, and Pepsi room. Phase-2 includes the demolition of the existing temporary concession area and building a new F&B area.

Project Data

The scope of work includes:

Demolition of existing concession area ceiling, floor, wall finishes, and furniture
Installation of new F&B area ceiling, floor, and wall finishes
Installation of a disabled lift
Installation of secondary structural supports for LED screen and MEP works
Shopfront works
Joinery works
Kitchen Equipment
All MEP works including HVAC, Fire alarm, firefighting & emergency lighting system, Access control, Magnetic door and CCTV system
Co-ordination of client direct contractors
