Located adjacent to Dubai International Airport, the project comprised a purpose-built passenger terminal, operational facilities, airside infrastructure and fully integrated MEP systems, all delivered to stringent aviation and safety standards. Working collaboratively with Skyports, the consultant team and specialist stakeholders, ATS delivered this pioneering facility with a strong focus on quality, innovation and programme certainty, establishing the infrastructure to support the future of sustainable air transport in the UAE.
